Starting with timely RFQ processing, we aim to return custom project quotes within 5 days of receipt and provide shop drawings within 5 days of the purchase order to keep your project moving forward smoothly. With over 60 years of combined experience, our Tech Services Team is the most experienced in the industry, ensuring timely and accurate repairs and installations. From assisting with installation to deluxing products on-site, our services are designed to minimize room downtime and provide unwavering support throughout the project's lifecycle, making Kimball Hospitality your trusted partner from start to finish and beyond. 

We take great care in packaging and shipping to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

All Kimball Hospitality goods are fully cartoned and/or crated according to customer instructions. Additionally, casegood pieces are protected with foam and corner blocks before being packaged. Our containers or trucks are securely packed, braced, and strapped to prevent movement, resulting in very few damage claims and minimal delays during installations. Our engineers oversee every packing process, while our global logistics team efficiently coordinates every delivery detail, including any special shipping requirements. Each container leaving our facility is equipped with a GPS location device, providing real-time tracking from our doorstep to yours, eliminating uncertainty and ensuring timely delivery of your valued goods.
